All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed. Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If this happens, you will be notified and refunded in full.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please contact us at 03001890945 to start a return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-7 working days.
